tkppk Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Using the Platform

Welcome to tkppk. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and tkppk ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing tkppk.pro, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the platform.

These Terms apply to all services offered by tkppk, including sports betting (cricket, football and other disciplines), live casino games, slot games, crash games, fishing games, and any promotional or bonus offer made available to registered players. tkppk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Each player may register only one account on tkppk. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered under different names or contact details belonging to the same individual — are strictly prohibited and will be permanently closed upon detection. Any balance held in a duplicate account may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your tkppk account. You must keep your login credentials confidential and must not share your username, password or account access with any other person. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify tkppk immediately via the support email so that protective action can be taken without delay.

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and current. tkppk may at any time request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation — including a valid national identity document and proof of payment method ownership — to verify your identity. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account restriction or closure.

From time to time, tkppk offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside the offer at the time of its release, as well as these general Terms. Where there is a conflict between a specific bonus term and these general Terms, the specific bonus term prevails.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms, the following general conditions apply to all tkppk bonus credits:

• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated in the bonus offer. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them may not be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Each bonus offer has a validity period. If the wagering requirement is not met before the expiry date, the bonus funds and any associated winnings will be automatically forfeited.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Players found to have claimed a welcome bonus on more than one account will have all associated accounts suspended and all bonus-derived funds forfeited.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are credited to the eligible game specified in the offer. Free spin winnings are subject to a wagering requirement unless the specific offer states otherwise.

tkppk reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of suspected abuse or collusion in relation to any promotion, tkppk reserves the right to void all bets and/or winnings associated with the affected accounts.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tkppk and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Opening more than one account, whether under the same name or different details, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, exploiting promotions, or circumventing account restrictions.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus terms through coordinated wagering, or share accounts for the purpose of pooling balances.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other mechanical or electronic device to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with any game without a genuine human player present at the time of the wager.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs, errors in odds, mispublished markets, or technical glitches for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be void.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, including but not limited to fraud, theft or money laundering. tkppk cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in the investigation of suspected financial crime.

tkppk uses automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited activity. Detection may result in immediate account suspension without prior notice, pending investigation. Where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, tkppk reserves the right to report the matter to the relevant authorities.

tkppk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably determines that: the player has breached any provision of these Terms; the player's activity poses a financial, legal or reputational risk to tkppk; the account is the subject of a fraud or money laundering investigation; or the player has provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.

A player may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting tkppk support. On closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the payment method on file, subject to identity verification. tkppk will process voluntary account closure requests within a reasonable timeframe.

tkppk reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, tkppk will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players — for example by posting a notice on the platform or sending an account notification — prior to the change taking effect. The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the platform following the posting of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8 of these Terms.
